JOB PURPOSE: Assess the leasing performance of our client’s properties.

REV® is looking for an Evaluation Associate that wants schedule flexibility and opportunities to earn additional income while working another job, going to school, or just living life! Compensation is on a per-assignment basis and is first come first serve. Please note, this is not full-time employment and is subject to business needs. This position ranges from $5 – $120 per assignment. Onsite Evaluation Associates is where you have the opportunity to make more money.

QUESTION & ANSWERS:

Will I receive training? Training will be made available to all approved candidates. Training is not paid for and typically lasts 1-3 hours per training module.  Fast Track training may be available.

Will I have to pay REV® to become an EA? REV® does not charge any fees to take part as an Independent Contractor.

When and how will I get paid? Compensation is on a per-assignment basis and is dependent on successful completion of the assignment. Payments are processed on the 15th and 30th of each month

Is this a remote position? All EAs must be willing and have the ability to commute to onsite assignments.  There are some remote phone and web assignments.

How are the assessments completed and how much does this pay? The assessment process is completed through various methods, with payout fees ranging between $5 and $120 based on the assignment nature, time, and effort.
